Reach for the Stars 28th March 2011
Name Tapes Please remember that all uniform must be named. If you need name tags, they can be ordered from the office. Swimming Competition A team of swimmers is taking part in a gala at Bradford Girls' Grammar School on Wednesday. We wish them all luck. Sports 4 All. Our sponsored event is taking place on Thursday morning when two divers who have represented Scotland and Great Britain will be in school to tell the children about their training and life as an athlete. All sponsorship money has to be in school before the end of this term. Vouchers Finally, just a quick reminder about Tesco, Sainsburys and Nestle book vouchers.

Uniform
A reminder about uniform has been sent home with the children. Please take the time to read it.
Red Nose Day
Thank you for your support. The children looked wonderful in their outfits. A total of £277.79 was raised, which will be sent to Comic Relief.
Clothes, Shoes, Bedding etc.
Many thanks for all your donations: as a result, we have received a cheque for £112.
Book Orders
The orders were placed last week and should e arriving this week.
Easter Holiday Club
Children who are coming to the club will be receiving a letter this week.
Vouchers
Just a reminder: we are collecting Nestle, Sainsbury's and Tesco vouchers.

Reach for the Stars 14th March 2011
Red Nose Day
All this week, we are raising money for Comic Relief. In school, there will be bun sales every day, Guess the number of marbles in a jar, a Who am I? game, and colouring sheets, amongst others.
Easter Holiday Club
There are still a few places available during the week 11th-15th April. The cost is £85. A deposit of £10 is required to secure a place, and final numbers are needed by Friday 18th March. Cash is preferred, but cheques can be made payable to Mrs J. Springer. Please note: the club is for children aged 4 and above.

Sainsbury's, Tesco's and Nestle vouchers (found on cereals and snack bars) are all welcome. Please help by collecting as many as you can.

Book Sale
Thank you to everyone who supported the book sale last week. £78 was raised, which will be spent on new art equipment.
Clothes, Shoes, Bedding Etc
Please bring your bags to school in the morning on Thursday 10th March. If it is fine, please leave them by the gate. If it is raining, please bring them into school.

Please ensure that your orders are in school by Monday 14th March. Don't forget that you can use your World Book Day voucher towards the cost.
